
I’d like to think that Yahoo top brass reads my blog religiously, but I’m sure this whole email social network thing was in the works for a while… See Mike’s post on Yahoo’s Inbox 2.0. Too bad they spent so much time developing a plethora of networks. I see this as a consequence of the organizational structure over at Yahoo. Brickhouse, which is meant to test out innovative ideas, may be too distinct from the rest of Yahoo, which is good/bad. Good because they can thing outside the cubicle and bad because they are not building on the momentum of previous products. We need evolution, not revolution.
